The Board of the Outdoor Council of Australia (OCA) has recently undertaken a review of the National Outdoor Leadership Registration Scheme (NOLRS). After significant deliberations the decision has been taken to phase out the NOLRS. The NOLRS will be maintained as a registration scheme until 30 June 2021. We thank the many outdoor organisation’s and leaders across Australia that have supported the scheme over the years.

On the NOLRS Application Form two fees are listed – one for members and one for non-members. The member fee applies to individuals who are members of any organisation which is a member of the OCA (please refer to OCA Members). Proof of membership must be submitted at time of application. The non-member fee is for all other applicants. All re-registrations are at the member fee if an application is made within 3 months of the expiry date of your current NOLRS card.
